The prim reduction is by the clever use of some mesh items in the build and it can be yours for just 399L (less than half the normal price!)

 

The final item in this category is another wonderful garden that has now been refurbished and which also has a great prim reduction. It is now 141 prims but remains a super 50m x 50m in size with the boat on the lake, the pavilion with table and 4 chairs all remaining in the build along with the super lake and waterfalls. For our Plant Sales This Week - both are 99L items we have two NEW Summer Weeds - numbers 3 and 4, each just 7 prims and modify/copy. Very pretty patches ideal for filling those odd corners - Number 3 has soft creams and delicate lilac flowers with grasses, Number 4 is a little more bold with purple and white plus grasses making a super contrast.
